Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 7, 2026 · Last updated: September 7, 2026

Rivina, LLC ("Rivina," "we," "our," or "us") operates https://rivina.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, join our waitlist, or communicate with us about Rivina. It also explains the choices available to you.

Our current website introduces Rivina and collects interest in our planned beta. This policy describes those website and waitlist activities. Joining the waitlist does not connect your email inbox, calendar, CRM, or business contacts to Rivina. Before any beta feature collects additional information or connects to another service, we will provide the relevant privacy information and request any permissions or consent required for that feature.

Rivina, LLC is responsible for the website and waitlist information described here. You can contact us at info@rivina.ai. Our business location is Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA.

1. Information you provide to us

Waitlist information. When you submit the website waitlist form, we collect your email address. Our form and contact management tools also maintain information about the submission and your subscription status, such as when you signed up and whether you have unsubscribed. Providing an email address is necessary to receive waitlist communications, but you can browse the website without submitting the form.

Messages and feedback. If you email us or otherwise contact us, we receive your contact details, the contents of your message, any attachments you choose to provide, and our responses. You may voluntarily share your name, company, role, business needs, or feedback about Rivina. Please share only the information needed for your inquiry.

The waitlist form does not request payment card details, government identification, health information, or access to your customers’ records. Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential information about other people through the waitlist form or an ordinary email inquiry.

2. Information collected when you visit

Our website, hosting provider, and permitted tracking tools receive technical information when your browser connects to the site. This can include your IP address, browser and operating system, device characteristics, approximate location inferred from an IP address, pages visited, access times, referring website or advertisement, campaign parameters in a link, and interactions with the website.

Cookies and similar technologies may also provide browser or device identifiers. These identifiers and website activity can be personal information even when they do not directly include your name. Optional analytics and advertising collection depends on your cookie choices, browser settings, and the tools enabled on the website.

We use this information to operate and troubleshoot the website, understand visits and waitlist signups, help prevent abuse, and assess the effectiveness of our advertising. Google Analytics is not currently connected to this website.

3. How and why we use information

We use the information described in this policy to:

  • Record and manage your waitlist signup and subscription preferences.

  • Send confirmation messages, beta availability notices, invitations, onboarding information, and Rivina updates you have requested.

  • Respond to questions, provide support, and consider feedback about the product and website.

  • Keep the website available, diagnose problems, and protect against spam, fraud, or unauthorized activity.

  • Understand which pages and campaigns help visitors discover Rivina and join the waitlist, subject to the applicable cookie choices.

  • Maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Submitting the waitlist form expresses interest in hearing from Rivina about the beta and related product updates. You can stop those communications at any time. It does not enroll you in unrelated third-party promotions or authorize access to accounts on other services. If we intend to use information for a materially different purpose, we will provide an appropriate notice and obtain consent where required.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies, such as pixels, can record that a page was visited or an action occurred. They help websites remember choices, support site operation, measure usage, and assess advertising. Some remain only for a browsing session; others remain until they expire or you delete them.

Essential functions. The website and hosting infrastructure process information needed to deliver pages, maintain security, and remember privacy choices. Restricting essential browser storage or connections can affect website functions.

Analytics. The cookie banner includes an Analytics category for optional measurement technologies supported by the website platform. Such technologies help understand website use and performance. An available category does not mean every analytics service is installed.

Marketing. The Marketing category controls optional advertising technologies, including the Meta Pixel connected to this website. These technologies help measure advertising and may support personalized advertising across services.

5. Meta Pixel and advertising partners

We use the Meta Pixel to help understand visits from our Facebook and Instagram advertising and measure waitlist conversions. When marketing tracking is permitted, Meta may receive information such as your IP address, browser details, cookie or device identifiers, the page URL, referring information, the time of a visit, and events indicating that a page was viewed or a waitlist confirmation page was reached.

Meta may associate website activity with information it already holds, including information about a Meta account, and use it for advertising measurement, personalization, and other purposes described in its own policy. This can involve information about activity across websites and services. Read Meta’s Privacy Policy for details and its available account and advertising controls.

We do not sell or rent our waitlist email list for money. However, disclosing website identifiers and activity to an advertising provider can be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising under some privacy laws, even without payment. The cookie controls below allow you to decline optional marketing tracking on this website.

6. Your cookie and advertising choices

Use Manage preferences in the website cookie banner to review the available categories. Choose Reject all to decline optional cookies, or select the categories you wish to permit. Declining optional marketing tracking does not prevent you from submitting the waitlist form.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser. If the banner is no longer displayed and you want to choose again, clear cookies and site data for rivina.ai and revisit the website. Choices may need to be repeated for each browser or device, and after clearing site data. Blocking all cookies may affect some website features.

Changing a cookie choice affects future collection from that browser; it does not automatically remove information already received by Rivina or another provider. Contact us for requests concerning information we hold, and use Meta’s privacy controls for information Meta manages. A legacy browser “Do Not Track” setting is not a substitute for making the optional tracking choices in our cookie banner.

7. Email information and communications

We retain correspondence as needed to respond, manage your relationship with Rivina, and maintain relevant records. Our email and contact management providers process messages, contact details, and subscription preferences to support these activities.

Rivina marketing and waitlist update emails will identify the sender and provide a way to unsubscribe. You may use the unsubscribe link in an email or write to info@rivina.ai with your request. We will honor unsubscribe requests in accordance with applicable law. If an unsubscribe link does not work, contact us directly.

Unsubscribing stops future promotional and waitlist update emails. We may still respond to an inquiry you send us or send communications needed to address a legal, security, or privacy request. We may retain a limited suppression record so your unsubscribe choice continues to be respected.

8. When information is disclosed

Providers supporting Rivina. We use Hostinger for website hosting and form handling, and Hostinger Reach for waitlist contact management and email communications. We also use business email services to handle correspondence. These providers receive the information needed to perform their roles. For information about Hostinger’s practices, see the Hostinger Privacy Policy.

Advertising providers. Meta receives website activity and identifiers through the Pixel as explained above, subject to applicable cookie choices. A provider may process some information under its own privacy policy and legal responsibilities.

Professional advice and legal needs. We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers or appropriate authorities when necessary for advice, compliance with law or valid legal process, investigation of suspected misuse, protection of people or property, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal rights.

Business changes. Information may be disclosed as part of a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or transfer of all or part of Rivina’s business, with appropriate confidentiality and legal protections. A successor’s handling of personal information will remain subject to applicable law and any required notice.

Your instructions. We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or give permission for a specific purpose. We do not make your waitlist email address publicly visible on the website.

9. How long we retain information

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. For waitlist records, we consider whether you remain interested in Rivina, the status of the beta, our communications with you, and any unsubscribe or deletion request. For correspondence and technical records, we consider support needs, security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.

When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete it or de-identify it. Some information may remain for a limited period in backups or be retained to comply with law, resolve a dispute, prevent abuse, or maintain an unsubscribe record. A deletion request does not require us to erase information that applicable law permits or requires us to retain.

10. Protecting information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the website and waitlist, including HTTPS for the public website and the security features of our service providers. We seek to limit access to personal information to people and providers who need it for legitimate business purposes.

No website, internet transmission, email system, or storage service can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information by ordinary email. If you believe information submitted to Rivina has been compromised, contact us promptly at info@rivina.ai.

11. Privacy requests and your rights

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, or to change your communication preferences. Depending on where you live and which laws apply to Rivina, you may also have rights to receive a portable copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain disclosures, targeted advertising, or qualifying automated decisions. These rights may have exceptions.

To make a request, email info@rivina.ai and describe what you would like us to do. Use the email address associated with your waitlist signup where possible. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and protect against unauthorized requests. We will not ask you to send a password.

Where applicable law permits an authorized agent to act for you, we may request evidence of that authority and verification of your identity. If a request is denied, we will explain the reason where required. If you have a legal right to appeal, reply to our decision or email us with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

12. Additional information for U.S. residents

The information categories relevant to the current website are identifiers and contact information, internet or device activity, approximate location inferred from an IP address, and correspondence or professional information you voluntarily send. We obtain them from you, your browser or device, and the website and advertising tools described above. The purposes, recipients, retention considerations, and choices for these categories are explained in this policy.

State privacy rights, including rights under California law, apply when their legal conditions are met. Where you have a right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising, use the cookie banner to decline marketing tracking for this browser and contact us for assistance with information we hold. You may also contact us about any other applicable state privacy right.

13. EEA, UK, and Swiss visitors

Where European, UK, or Swiss data protection law applies, Rivina, LLC acts as the controller of the website and waitlist information described here. Our legal basis depends on the activity: consent for optional tracking and marketing where required; legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the website and responding to inquiries; steps requested by you before entering a contract where relevant; and compliance with legal obligations.

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of personal data and object to processing, including direct marketing. When processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the data protection authority responsible for your place of residence, work, or the matter in question.

14. International processing

Rivina is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection rules from your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use an appropriate legal transfer mechanism. Contact us if you would like information about safeguards relevant to your data.

15. Children’s privacy

Rivina’s website and waitlist are intended for adult business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact info@rivina.ai so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

16. Links to other websites

Links to social media, provider policies, or other websites may take you to services operated by others. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before providing information or changing settings on those services.

17. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as Rivina develops or our practices and legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice by email or on the website when appropriate or required. Where a change requires your consent, we will request it; posting a revised policy alone does not replace that requirement.
