This Disclaimer explains the limits of information presented by Rivina, LLC ("Rivina," "we," "our," or "us") on https://rivina.ai. Read it together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. It applies to the current public website, promotional material that links to it, and the waitlist. Any beta or paid service may have additional terms provided before you use it.

1. General information about Rivina

The website introduces a product being developed to help business users maintain context around relationships and follow through on important conversations. Its content helps you understand the concept and decide whether to express interest. It is not a personalized assessment of your business, a professional engagement, or a commitment to deliver a particular result.

Consider your own circumstances and verify information that matters to a decision. Contact us if a description is unclear or if you need to confirm whether a feature is available before relying on it.

2. Planned features and beta availability

References to upcoming AI assistance, connected services, phone assistance, release dates, or beta access describe plans that may evolve. Development priorities, testing results, third-party availability, and other factors can change the timing, scope, or availability of a feature.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a beta invitation, a position in an invitation sequence, a fixed release date, a particular feature, or a particular price. You are not purchasing a service or authorizing a charge by submitting the waitlist form. Any invitation or commercial offer will explain the applicable conditions at that time.

3. Demonstrations, illustrations, and promotional videos

Storyboards, illustrations, example conversations, and demonstration scenarios are intended to explain possible use cases. A depicted workflow is not, by itself, proof that every part of that workflow is available in a released product. Availability should be confirmed from the specific feature description and any beta documentation provided to you.

We do not guarantee additional revenue, a particular number of customers, a specific return on investment, a fixed amount of time saved, or improved relationship outcomes. Results depend on your business, the information available, the features you use, your decisions, and factors outside Rivina’s control.

An example, estimate, demonstration, or individual experience should not be treated as a prediction of your results.
